Corned Beef Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, drained
1 large onion, diced
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 or 2 cans corned beef, crumbled
12 to 16 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
10 slices rye bread, torn into pieces
Preparation

Mix kraut, onion and sour cream.
Put mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Put corned beef over kraut mixture. Then layer the Swiss cheese and on top, the rye bread.
Drizzle with butter over bread.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
