Italian Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. granulated yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, salt and sugar in water; stir in flour.
    Dough will be sticky.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Stir down and divide dough into 2 well-greased casserole dishes.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt on top and let rise to top of dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
