Lacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans S&W stewed tomatoes (Italian pear)
    2 cans S&W whole tomatoes (with oregano and basil)
    1 yellow onion
    6 to 12 Hungarian hot wax peppers
    1 dinner ring Polish sausage
Preparation
    Chop the onion.
    Slice the meat.
    Slice the peppers.
    Dump in the cans.
    Cook the stuff in a crock-pot on low for 5 to 7 hours or high 4 to 5 hours.
