Great-Grandma'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Crisco (butter flavor)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
at least 3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream eggs, Crisco, sugar and flavoring together.
Add milk. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with sugar.
Or may be rolled and cut out as thick or thin as you prefer.
But sprinkle rolled dough with sugar, then cut out.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
Cool on rack.
