Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    3 carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. beef roast
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 onions
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    2 potatoes
    1 oven cooking bag
Preparation
    Shake flour in a cooking bag; place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Put tomato sauce, salt, pepper and mushroom soup in. Close bag; shake gently to mix.
    Trim fat from roast; place in bag.
    Peel and quarter potatoes, carrots and
    onions; put in bag. Tie bag with nylon tie.
    Make six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 3/4 hours.
