French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix egg, sugar, milk and cinnamon.
    Dip sliced bread in mixture.
    Fry in a well-greased iron frying pan on medium heat. Brown on both sides.
    Top with your favorite syrup or fruits or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
