Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 2 c. flour
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. ice water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle of the flour.
    Mix in the oil, water and salt.
    As you mix the ingredients, use as much of the flour as necessary to form a ball of dough that can be easy to handle, not sticky.
    Roll out dough between two pieces of waxed paper, large enough for your pan. Flute the edge of the crust.
    Use foil on the edge of the crust to keep it from getting too brown.
