Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely grated zucchini
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Mix well; add nuts.
    Pour into 2 floured and greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
