Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 shell milk (egg shell)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Break egg into 1 1/2-quart bowl; add milk and salt and beat up.
    Add 1 cup flour and blend real good.
    Add more flour until you have workable dough.
    Turn out on heavily floured pastry cloth.
    Roll and turn; add in flour as you roll very thin.
    Let dry for 2 hours.
    Cut in very narrow strips.
    Put in chicken broth and cook until done.
