Corn Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. plain flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. corn kernels
Preparation

Mix well, stirring the corn kernels in last.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium heat.
Drop rounded tablespoonful of batter into skillet. Cook until golden and crisp on bottom. Turn and brown on the other side.
