Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley dry Ranch dressing mix
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    carrots
    green onions
    zucchini
    green peppers
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls and lay in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, ungreased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until a very light brown.
    Take out and completely cool.
