Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients, then add rest all together.
    Blend well by hand.
    Grease pans (glass).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let loaves set in pans a few minutes before setting on racks to cool. Makes 2 loaves.
