Baked Stuffing And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 small diced onion
    2 stalks celery, diced
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 chicken, cooked and boned
    chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine over low heat. When tender, add some bread cubes to soak up margarine. Turn everything into a bowl. Add remaining bread cubes and spices. Toss well. Add chicken broth until stuffing is desired consistency. Place cooked chicken in the bottom of a baking dish. Pack stuffing on top of chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until stuffing is lightly browned and dry enough for taste.
