Mashed Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    pinch of saffron
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. bread cubes
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook celery in butter with salt, pepper, parsley and saffron until soft, about 10 minutes.
    Lightly mix with potatoes, eggs, bread cubes and milk.
    Spoon into a well buttered casserole.
    Dot top with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
