Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion, cut into small chunks
    4 carrots, sliced lengthwise and chopped in chunks
    4 celery stems, chopped
    1 heaping tsp. instant coffee
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. instant tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of oregano and thyme
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot.
    Cook on high all day until carrots are tender.
