Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. long grain rice
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    3 c. chopped cabbage
Preparation
    Sear ground chuck, onions, salt and pepper until brown.
    Add rice and simmer 2 minutes.
    Add soup and water and mix well.
    Stir in cabbage and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
