Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. warm water
    2 carrots, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper; pound into steak. Brown steak in oil on both sides. Mix remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Pour sauce over steak. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Yields 4 servings.
