Banana-Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 sticks margarine
3 c. plain flour
2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift flour and soda together.
Combine buttermilk to mashed bananas. Add alternately to egg mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts, sprinkled in a little flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
