Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli, separate into flowerets
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. firm butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
    Add broccoli.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Cook until stems are tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Arrange broccoli in ungreased oblong pan, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches.
