Wilted Lamb'S Quarter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    pepper to taste
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. washed, drained lamb's quarter
Preparation
    Saute onion in vegetable oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and greens, then stir-fry until lamb's quarter is limp.
