Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Sift
flour;
blend
in shortening until crumbs are the size of\tpeas.
Beat
egg;
add\tvinegar, salt and water.
Mix with fork
until mixture leaves side of bowl and forms a ball. Makes enough for 2 fruit pies.
