Soft Molasses Jumbos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. molasses
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1 cup sugar until well blended. Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; then chill.
    When firm enough to roll, roll on lightly floured board to 1/4 inch thickness.
    Sprinkle with sugar and roll lightly to make sugar stick.
    Cut with a floured 3-inch cutter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
