Make Ahead Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, shredded
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar (red or white)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 large carrots, shredded
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine cabbage, onion, celery, carrots, green pepper and cucumber.
Mix well and set aside.
