Old Fashioned Two-Egg Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together; add eggs.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, then add flavorings.
    Mix until smooth and creamy.
    Pour batter into 2 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool slightly before removing from pans.
