Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

German chocolate cake mix (no pudding in mix)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. softened butter
1 bag caramels
1 bag chocolate chips (6 oz.)
Preparation

In a bowl, mix cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and butter. In double boiler, melt caramels and add 1/3 cup evaporated milk (or cook in microwave 2 minutes on High, let stand 1 to 2 minutes and cook additional 2 minutes on Medium).
Spread half of cake mixture in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Bake 6 minutes.
Spread chocolate chips over baked cake.
Spread melted caramel mixture on top of chips.
Dot rest of cake mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cake is done.
