Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. fresh peaches, pureed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Add peaches and dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans (floured and greased) at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be made in advance and frozen.
