Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat, fried and drained
    1 c. corn meal
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 large onion, grated
    18 oz. pkg. sharp grated cheese
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Mix all other ingredients together. Pour 1/2 of mixture in heavy iron 10-inch skillet, then pour meat, then rest of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour until golden brown.
