Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp enriched flour
    1 egg yolk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and egg yolk; add fruit juice.
    Cook in double boiler till thick.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Makes 6 servings.
