Hamburger-Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pressed garlic clove
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms or 4 to 5 medium fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Burgundy wine (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    5 oz. (approximately) wide noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic in butter. Stir in all other ingredients except for sour cream, Parmesan and noodles.
    Simmer 30 minutes. Fold in sour cream, Parmesan and noodles. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
