Friendship Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pinch of love

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Add flour and salt, blending to make a smooth dough. Carefully fold in 1 pinch of love. Press dough into ungreased cookie sheet pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges while warm. Yield: 8 large cookies or 18 small cookies.
