Strawberry Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. strawberry vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. fresh strawberries, pureed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. onion juice

Preparation

In a blender, combine sugar, vinegar, onion juice and mustard. Add oil gradually; blend until smooth.
Beat in pureed strawberries.
Pour into quart jar or container.
Cover and chill. Serve over fruit or mixed greens.
