Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour over nuts and apples.
Mix first three ingredients by beating well.
Add flour and mix well.
Add vanilla and fold in apples and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
