Mexican Dressing For Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 heaping tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
Preparation
    Put all together in blender and blend thoroughly (omits chopping onion).
    Refrigerate; keeps indefinitely.
    Prepare at least 12 hours before using.
    Makes enough dressing for 2 packages of spinach.
