Bishop'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 doz. eggs
1 carton sour cream
6 to 8 oz. shredded cheese
chopped bacon, ham or sausage (as much as you like)

Preparation

Mix up night before.
Cover and refrigerate.
Scramble eggs. When cooked, add sour cream, cheese and meat.
Mix together and place in greased baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 people.
