Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 box cooked long grain and wild rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small block Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed in butter
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and cook 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
