Cocoa Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oat bran cereal (uncooked)
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. mashed bananas
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 to 2 1/2 tsp. warm water
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. liquid vegetable oil
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine oat bran, flour, granulated sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa. Add combined banana, 1/4 cup margarine, corn syrup, egg whites and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into a 9-inch microwavable pie plate. Microwave on High for 4 minutes and 30 seconds to 5 minutes or until edges are firm to the touch, rotating every 2 minutes.
