Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 small jar pimento, drained
1/2 c. bread stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Be sure to pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that had been sprayed with Pam.
The last 5 to 10 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle on extra 1/2 to 3/4 cup stuffing mix on top.
Return to oven and bake the last 5 to 10 minutes.
