Deer Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) deer roast (ham or shoulder)
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    4 carrots, peeled and quartered
    1 large Vidalia onion, peeled and quartered
    1 can Campbell's golden cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Campbell's French onion soup
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour roast.
    Put roast in large browning bag.
    Mix all the soups together with water.
    Place vegetables around roast and pour soups over roast.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
