Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes; add butter, onion, mushroom soup and milk to potatoes.
    Cube Velveeta and add to mixture.
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
