Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. packed grated carrots
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil together.
Add the eggs; mix well.
Add cinnamon, salt, soda and flour.
Add carrots.
Bake in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
