Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef or London broil, cubed
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 bag egg noodles
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown the meat on all sides in the oil.
    Do not drain.
    Add ketchup and a cup or 2 of water.
    Simmer for 2 to 3 hours; adding water if mixture becomes too thick.
    Stir occasionally.
    Sauce should resemble spaghetti sauce in thickness. In a separate pot, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
    Serve sauce over noodles and serve.
