Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Broil chicken breasts until tender.
    Tear and cut into bite-size pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix together mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and sour cream.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
