Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 instant bouillon cube
    1/4 c. water
    1 large onion, cut in 6 slices
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Trim the fat from the chops.
    Brown them in a large pan. Meanwhile, place the onion slices on the bottom of a large shallow baking dish.
    Place the pork chops on top of the onion.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine the chicken bouillon cube with the mustard and the water. Drizzle over the chops.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
