Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blackberry jam
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Blend in buttermilk, jam and raisins.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
