Pepped Up Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. green onions
    5 c. cooked potatoes
    3/4 c. mayo
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Soak mustard and celery in vinegar overnight.
    Combine seed mixture with salt and onions.
    Add potatoes and mix.
    Add mayo and chopped eggs; toss to mix.
    Chill.
