Chocolate Baskets With Berry Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    3 (2 oz.) sq. chocolate-flavored candy coating
    1/4 c. strawberry preserves
    1 Tbsp. Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
    mint and strawberry fans (garnishes)
Preparation
    Invert six 6-ounce custard cups; cover each with a paper baking cup, then with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Make sure paper cup stays in place.
    Place inverted cups on baking sheet.
    Coat with cooking spray.
