Low Calorie Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. unsweetened vanilla pudding
1 carton light Cool Whip
3 c. 1% buttermilk
6 c. fresh mixed fruit
Preparation

Mix pudding and buttermilk.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Pour half of mixture into bowl.
Top with half of fruit.
Pour remaining mixture over fruit.
Next, top with remaining fruit.
Chill before serving.
(I use strawberries, grapes, bananas and kiwi, but any combination may be used.)
