Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Stir sufficient flour into slightly beaten eggs and water to make a stiff dough.
    Knead thoroughly.
    Divide into two portions and roll out as thin as possible.
    Cover with a cloth and leave until partly dry.
    Then roll and cut in 1/2-inch strips.
    Part of the dough may be cut very fine to be used as topping on the cooked noodles.
    Boil noodles in salt water until tender.
    Drain.
    Brown 1/2 cup finely cut noodles in butter and pour over the cooked noodles before serving.
