Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. real lemon juice
Preparation
    Put wafers in cupcake liners in muffin tin.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together.
    Beat for 5 minutes with a beater.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons in each cupcake liner.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
    Makes about 18.
