Noodles And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 c. cooked peas (can)
    2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1 1/2 c. cooked noodles
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Blend flour into melted butter to form paste. Add cream, stirring constantly, until smooth, thick sauce forms.
    Add cheese.
    Stir sauce until cheese melts.
    Add horseradish, peas, ham and noodles. Blend well.
    Pour mixture into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
